Goals, Objectives & Core Values
The main goal of SOWCLE is to empower Afghan women, children and to eliminate all types of legal, administrative, and personal discrimination against them. To create a flat form and bring together all the necessary means, expertise, and knowledge to work towards sustainable development in all key areas, including human resources, health, education, livelihood, peacebuilding, poverty reduction, community empowerment, and a responsive service provision system through decentralized and community-based approaches.

To distribute healthcare and sanitary products to vulnerable women and girls to overcome difficult conditions and improve their quality of life.
To eliminate the taboos, misconceptions, and Harmful cultural practices harming the health and well-being of women and girls.
To help Afghan women become literate and to train them for various vocational fields so that they might lead financially independent lives in a society free of discrimination.
To carry out health and nutrition services to the highly needy Afghan communities. To carry out community-focused and community-involved sustainable development and to deliver and/or assist with basic needs such as health, health and hygiene education, and clean water.
To support the poor, war-affected, and school children by providing Emergency aid programs such as food, household materials, stationery kits &, etc.
To render services in the capacity building sectors, specifically educational and vocational training, and other basic social requirements.
To establish training courses and income generation projects, enabling Afghans to support their daily needs.
To provide Training and capacity-building programs for Community elders.
To provide educational opportunities for Afghan children, specifically for war-affected, demobilized children, returnees, IDPs, and other vulnerable children.
To focus on women and children’s rights and create awareness in the community of health, drug, education, and training for the families of the mentioned villages.
